You retain ownership of any content you create or upload to the App ("User Content"). However, by submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, and display such content solely for the purpose of providing the App's services.
AI Turtle and related logos are trademarks of AI Turtle. You may not use these marks without our prior written permission.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the App, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App shall not exceed the amount you paid to use the App, or $100 if you have not paid anything.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AI Turtle and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, expenses, or costs (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to:
